Terms of Service – Doodle Dream

Welcome to Doodle Dream, provided by Girema Holdings Limited, (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, where users can upload children’s drawings and receive AI-generated outputs (“Service”). By using Doodle Dream, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission to use Doodle Dream. If you are using the Service on behalf of a child, you affirm you have legal authority to do so.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of drawings and any content (“User Content”) you upload. However, by submitting content, you grant Doodle Dream a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

• Use, process and display the content to generate AI outputs.
• Improve our models and services (anonymized and aggregated use only).
• Showcase user results (with permission).

You agree not to upload content that:

• Contains personal data or identifiable information of minors without consent.
• Infringes on copyright or other legal rights.
• Is offensive, abusive or unlawful.

3. AI-Generated Outputs

AI-generated images are automatically created and are not guaranteed to be accurate, original or free from unintended content. You may use these images for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise specified.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Service (e.g., hack, spam, reverse-engineer).
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt functionality.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Exploit the system for abusive or illegal purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content (except User Content), including the AI system, UI design and branding, belongs to Doodle Dream or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute or modify these materials without permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time.

7. Disclaimers

• Use at your own risk. The Service is provided “as is” with no warranties, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the AI results will meet your expectations or that the site will be error-free or available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Doodle Dream is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your information.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
